The Speaker again referred the following to the State Affairs                  
Committee to precede the Finance Committee referral:                           
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 404                                                            
An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                         
Chiropractic Examiners; and providing for an effective date.                   
                                                                               
HB 404 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the              
State Affairs Committee.
